Golf Club Apartments is located less than a mile's drive from I-5 Exit 108. It is within walking distance to Fred Meyer, coffee shops, several banks, and multiple eateries. Within close proximity are other shopping destinations such as the South Sound Mall which features stores such as Kohl's, Target, Sears, Michaels, Marshalls, and other services. 

To the north of the community is considered Lacey's Central Business District, along with St. Martin's University to the northeast.

Golf Club Apartments is lushly landscaped to be a quiet, healthy, and private community in the heart of Lacey.

With a population of less than 50,000, Lacey avoids the hustle and bustle of big cities, yet offers a variety of convenient shopping and entertainment opportunities: Regal 16 Movie Theater, one of the largest theaters in the area, LA Fitness, Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.

Golf Club Apartment is located right by Woodland Square, the Central Business District of Lacey.

Clean air, clean water, outstanding schools, a low crime rate, a healthy economy, and close proximity to major metropolitan areas make our community one of the most desirable places in the country to live and conduct business.
