APPLICATION
To apply, please prepare the following documents, and then either scan and email to GolfClubApts@gmail.com or hand these documents to the Property Manager in person.
1. Application fee of $60: We can only accept cashier's check or money order for the application fee. Please bring a check or money order (payable to Golf Cub Apartments) in the amount of $60 PER APPLICANT OVER THE AGE OF 18. If you are out of the area, you can also can contact us to pay via Zelle. This fee covers the costs of criminal, eviction, and credit review.
2. Download our tenant screening criteria and application form here. Each applicant 18 years or older must fill it out and sign.
3. Copies of driver's license(s): We need a copy of each applicant’s driver’s license for credit verification and background screening.
4. We will also need to verify income for each applicant. Documentation could be pay-stub, social security benefit statement, bank statement etc. Income may also include source such as child support, alimony, etc.
To avoid online fraud and identity theft, we encourage you to visit us in person to view the units and submit your application to the manager.
